Fuel management of the power system is the core of maintenance. Before each field operation, it is necessary to check whether the fuel in the fuel tank is sufficient, and at the same time, select the appropriate fuel type to avoid abnormal engine operation caused by mismatched fuel. After the operation, if the drill rig will not be used for a short period of time, the remaining fuel in the fuel tank should be drained to prevent fuel deterioration from clogging the oil circuit. Especially in high-temperature or low-temperature field environments, the deterioration speed will accelerate, so timely treatment is more necessary.
The maintenance of batteries and circuits cannot be ignored. The starting battery of the Full Hydraulic Portable Drill Rig adopts a detachable design. After each use, it needs to be disassembled and stored separately to avoid power loss caused by long-term idleness. At the same time, check whether the dust plugs at the circuit interfaces are intact. There is a lot of dust in the field, and the dust plugs can prevent impurities from entering the interfaces and reduce the risk of short circuits. If oxidation marks are found on the interfaces, gently polish them with fine sandpaper to ensure stable circuit connection.
The cleaning of the engine's heat dissipation components is also crucial. During field operations, the drill rig often operates in dusty or grass clippings-rich environments, and the heat dissipation holes are easily blocked by impurities, leading to excessive engine temperature. During each operation interval, workers need to use a brush to clean the debris on the surface of the heat dissipation holes, and if necessary, use compressed air to blow away the dust accumulated inside. In addition, regularly check the rotation of the cooling fan. If the fan is found to be stuck, add lubricating oil in time to ensure the normal operation of the heat dissipation system.
