The portable full hydraulic core drilling rig is specially designed for complex field environments, with its core positioning being "balancing portability and operational performance". Compared with traditional heavy-duty drilling rigs, it has greatly reduced the self-weight of the equipment by optimizing the fuselage structure and adopting high-strength lightweight materials. Most models can be disassembled into multiple components, which can be carried and assembled by one or two people. Meanwhile, equipped with a full hydraulic drive system, it retains the powerful power and precise control capability of large drilling rigs, achieving a breakthrough of "small fuselage, large energy", and is perfectly suitable for exploration areas inaccessible to vehicles such as mountains, hills, jungles and plateaus.

1. Ultra-light and portable, breaking terrain restrictions

The equipment adopts a modular design, and the main weight of the fuselage is usually controlled between 50-150kg. Key components such as the power head and frame can be quickly disassembled, with a single piece weighing no more than 30kg. No large hoisting equipment is needed, and it can be manually transported to the operation site. For extreme terrain, some models are also equipped with simple transport wheels or backpack-type components to further reduce the difficulty of handling. The assembly process is simplified, and with the help of quick connectors and positioning structures, 2-3 people can complete debugging within 30 minutes and start operations quickly, solving the pain points of traditional drilling rigs such as "inaccessible and immovable".
2. Full hydraulic drive, high efficiency and stability
Equipped with a high-performance hydraulic system, the power transmission is stable and efficient. Compared with mechanically driven drilling rigs, the torque output is more uniform. During drilling, the pressure and speed can be automatically adjusted according to the lithology to avoid problems such as stuck drill and tooth breakage. Its drilling efficiency is 3-5 times higher than that of traditional manual or semi-hydraulic drilling rigs. Taking the common moderately weathered rock formation as an example, a single shift (8 hours) can complete 50-100 meters of core drilling, and the core recovery rate is as high as over 95% with good sample integrity, providing a reliable basis for geological analysis. At the same time, the hydraulic system operates with low noise, making the working environment more comfortable and meeting the requirements of field environmental protection and operation specifications.
3. Strong adaptability and wide application
By replacing drill pipes and drill bits of different specifications, it can adapt to various geological conditions from soil layers, sand layers to hard rocks and granite. The drilling angle supports adjustment from 0-90°, which can not only realize vertical drilling but also meet the special exploration needs such as inclined holes and horizontal holes. Meanwhile, the equipment features a flexible power source and can be equipped with either a diesel engine or an electric motor. The diesel version is suitable for field areas without external power supply, while the electric version is adapted to scenarios with power supply conditions such as construction sites and mining areas, balancing environmental protection and practicality.
