At the same time, check whether the impeller and seal ring of the mud pump are damaged. If there are cracks in the impeller or the seal ring is aged, new parts should be replaced in time to ensure the suction and delivery capacity of the mud pump and avoid interruption of mud circulation caused by pump body failure.
The maintenance of the mud purification equipment is also crucial. The mud purification equipment of the reverse circulation drill rig can filter impurities in the mud and maintain the performance of the mud. Workers need to regularly clean the filter screen of the purification equipment. If the filter screen is blocked, the purification effect will be affected, resulting in too many impurities in the mud and further affecting the drilling quality. In addition, check the operation of the motor of the purification equipment. If the motor makes abnormal noise or overheats, it is necessary to stop the machine for inspection and resume use after troubleshooting, ensuring the stable operation of the entire mud circulation system without delaying the construction progress.
